For the original digital files from kinokast.photography that are treated in the process (fulfilment by theprintspace) we (kinokast.photography) have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the digital item to request a fund return (the full amount of the original digital file).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, digitally unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original state. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (from kinokast.photography and if relevant from theprintspace).
To start a return, you can contact us at prosper.jerominus@gmail.com. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a message by email to that effect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a fund return with proof of payment/ receipts will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items (either physical or digital)
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes custom products and custom one-off photographic or artistic items (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for items bought and properly delivered that do not match your taste, appreciation nor expectations of photographic or artistic quality. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items on sale at discount when purchased or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to ask for a return with due payments proofs, when accepted, return the item you have to us, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item for the same price.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
