Certificates of Authenticity
Personally signed reproduction copy
Certified Limited edition Number

Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity. 

It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date, certificate number and a hologram authentication patch that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate. All prints in limited edition are Personally signed.


 

 

Fast and Secure Delivery:

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space (theprintspace) in London/ Dusseldorf. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany labs depending on your location. 

Costs of shipping

Standard Flat Rate shipping to the EEA countries (EU + Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) is free of charge and typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. Please note that while shipping may be free of charge for your country, you will be responsible for any local tax duties. 

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.  

Delivery Time: Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 5-10 working days. 

Estimated Average Shipping Times. 

    • Europe: 3-5 Business Days
    • USA & Canada: 7-9 Business Days
    • Rest of the World: Up to 10 Business Days

       

      COVID-19 Delays (2021)

      With slower than usual services around the world due to the COVID virus, there may be a chance that your order takes slightly longer to arrive, up to 15 days for the longest delivery routes. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to get the print sent out in the most safe and efficient manner possible.

      In the unfortunate event that you haven't received your package after 15 days, please contact prints@kinokast.org and we will look into this further for you.

       

      Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Print Process: 

      I'm proud to say that my prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end. This was only made possible by the amazing efforts of my print studio partner The Print Space, who have worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process.       Secure Payment:

      You’ll have several payment options for prints at checkout, including Express checkout: Amazon Pay, G Pay, Shop Pa, and PayPal.

       

      PayPal is a secure 256 bit encryption service, so if you have an account, that will be the quickest checkout method.

      If you’d like to pay directly with a credit card, You’ll be directed to the following page to process the payment for your order.

       

      Exchanges & Returns: 

      Limited edition prints will uphold the test of time and become a talking point in your household. Straight refunds are not accepted as these are limited edition prints, however in the event that you'd like to exchange your print for a different one of equal value, you'll have 15 days to contact us from the date of delivery to arrange the exchange. You'll just need to cover the shipping charge.

      The print tubes and packaging are extremely tough and are capable of surviving the roughest of shipping journeys, however in the rare event that your print arrives with any kind of damage, we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.

      Just send an email with an image of the package, print and certificate of authenticity as well as the order number to support@kinokast.org and we will get the replacement arranged for you right away.

      We'll cover the return shipping for any damaged orders and the subsequent replacement print.

      The EEA includes EU countries and also Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. It allows them to be part of the EU’s single market.
